REAL CONNECTION

 Several years ago, one of my college professors insisted that I was destined for comedy, jokingly telling me I was wasting my time in college. He may have had a couple of drinks in him at the time. ;)

While life took me down a slightly different path, his words never left me. Years later, my colleagues decided to put my professor's theory to the test, organizing an all-staff meeting at a local comedy club where I delivered my first—30 minute standup set.

I learned that day that some of our greatest moments are waiting on the other side of fear—and that magic happens when we stop taking ourselves so seriously. 

My goal with Creating Culture LLC  is to bring humor full circle by teaching others how to leverage laughter as a powerful tool in the workplace. Humor connects us, sparks creativity, and builds cultures people genuinely enjoy.  It's about using humor and authenticity intentionally to foster joy, connection, and productivity at work.
